Since 2012, JustMums Recruitment have placed hundreds of mums (and quite a few dads!) into flexible roles with family friendly employers. In July 2018, they acquired online job platform Working Mothers Connect to complement their existing services as an end-to-end recruitment agency and connect their large community of experienced and professional mums with more family friendly employers. With a significant shift in the workforce and a large number of dads now seeking flexible employment opportunities, JustMums Recruitment and Working Mothers Connect have now rebranded to become Working Parents Connect.


Working Parents Connect is the only agency in Australia to specifically support parents by:
(1) offering family friendly employers both online job advertising and recruitment services to support their talent acquisition strategies and promote their flexible opportunities to our growing network of over 70,000 parents across Australia; and
(2) providing an online job platform for parents to search for flexible jobs and connect with a range of support services to help manage their work and family responsibilities.
