Wealthkey Property, a leading buyer’s agency in the property investment sector, is searching for an eager and motivated Client Success Manager to enhance our team. This permanent part-time role, required 3 days per week from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, includes a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in our Norwest-based office and the option to work from home for 1 day per week.
Working closely with our Principal Property Strategist and wider team, our Client Success Coordinator will be instrumental in driving client engagement and satisfaction. In this role, you will be the linchpin between our clients and the services we offer, ensuring that every interaction is tailored to meet their unique needs and investment goals.
Responsibilities:
– Support our Principal Property Strategist in day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operation.
– Engage actively with potential clients using various communication methods, including proactive outbound calls.
– Organise and execute lead follow-up meetings, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
– Offer outstanding after-sales support, responding to client queries and assisting in post-sales processes.
– Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular check-ins and personalised communication.
– Keep our CRM database current with comprehensive and accurate client details.
– Collaborate with the team to streamline and prioritise tasks, enhancing workflow efficiency.
– General office administration tasks
Role Requirements:
– Experience in client care, sales, customer service, or similar roles.
– Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
– Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building client relationships.
– A detail-oriented and organised approach, capable of juggling multiple tasks at once.
– Knowledge of the real estate sector or related field and property investment basics is advantageous but not required.
