About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, this Whitianga Supervisor role will suit someone who has solid and proven experience in team leading ideally in the Construction or Civil/Roading industry in New Zealand. You will provide on-site and off-site supervision of all team members ensuring works are completed in accordance with contract requirements while maintaining safety, quality, budget, and timeframes. About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in Road maintenance/ civil road construction, sealing methods drainage construction, and/ or maintenance projects. Proven leadership skills with the ability to plan ahead and problem-solve will be key to your success in this role. You will also need to be a team player; self-motivated; and have a flexible and proactive approach in handling client needs; as well as the below:
