About the role
It’s an exciting time to be at ahm because we are rapidly advancing towards growth in new channels to deliver automated touchpoints and personalised customer experiences for our members.
As Marketing Campaigns and Automations Specialist you will be very hands on and technical to build and execute member communications through our campaign tool, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enable greater marketing automation capability.
You will also provide strategic direction to support the delivery of ahm’s automation program and customer journeys to deliver a positive customer led experience that leads to high member engagement.
