Since 2004 we have delivered a telephone service that assists some WA public hospital out patients to manage their outpatient appointments at certain specialties/clinics. The Outpatient Direct team acts as a key point of contact and provides services including cancellation and rescheduling of outpatient appointments, updating contact details and general information regarding outpatient appointments.
Working as a Health Support Officer in a small, but supportive team, you will:
This is a casual role, working on average 2-3 days a week and based at our office in Osborne Park, Perth. Shifts are typically 8 hrs and will be scheduled across our operating hours of 7.30 -5.30 WST, Monday to Friday, so flexibility to work across these hours will be key. Training for this position will be full time for 2 weeks.
Without a doubt, you have passion, commitment and drive to deliver exceptional and engaging customer service. You have already worked in a customer service role and have the ability to quickly build rapport and convey empathy over the phone. Past experience working towards KPIs, and/or in a call centre would be ideal. Adaptability and the ability to pick up new systems quickly is absolutely essential.
