The Role
We have an exciting opportunity that has come available for an Executive Manager, Safety & Wellbeing to join People & Culture in AU or NZ on a Permanent basis. In this role you drive business performance, culture change and engagement of our people with Purpose. You will do this through the development, delivery and embedment of a Board endorsed, transformative 3-year Safety and Wellbeing strategic plan across the IAG Group. In this role, you will be responsible for building organisational capability and commitment to create safe and healthy workplaces across IAG, and for building an enhanced, holistic approach to wellbeing. You will understand industry best practice and will embed robust safety management practices and enhanced reporting with lead metrics and insights.
The successful candidate will showcase their strategic insight, influence and leadership experience as they create and execute the safety and wellbeing frameworks polices and culture across the group. You will bring deep experience and a keen attention to detail as you drive engagement, alignment and commitment. A key challenge will be your ability to provide strategic leadership as you influence senior stakeholders to challenge the status quo and drive cultural change within an ambiguous and a rapidly changing business environment.
