ABOUT THE ROLE
The Leasehand is the entry level position on our Well Servicing and Drilling Rigs and is the starting point for a fantastic career as part of our rig crew. We work on a 2 week on, 2 weeks off roster. Your role will involve lots of cleaning; preparation of the site, vehicle and equipment ready for work; manual labour amongst other things. This role is similar to a first-year apprentice, trade assistant, labourer or offsider.
The point of hire is Toowoomba, and we will either fly you or drive you to site. You are there to assist the crew, but also to learn – this is the beginning of a career, not just a job. We see our Leasehands as our future Rig Managers. Due to the continual growth of the business and internal career progression, we have ongoing recruitment all year round.
