We are a friendly well established wholesaler to the apparel industry supplying both major and boutique customers throughout Australia. We are seeking an experienced person in accounts to join our small and enthusiastic team in Hawthorn.
The role includes
– Manage the accounts receivable function
– Upload Invoices into MYOB from our 3PL
– Process customer payments in MYOB
– Send out statements to customers
– This is a part-time role and is expected to average 20 hours per week spread over 4 or 5 days per week.

– Operates with production offshore and a 3rd party warehouse in Melbourne
– Is willing to adopt technology to make operations smooth and efficient
The Candidate should have
– 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
– A tertiary qualification
– A positive and mature attitude to work
– MYOB experience is a must
– Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
– Good communication skills and attention to detail
