Personal Assistant to Partners (Building Construction Law Firm)
Full Time 9-5 or Monday to Friday 9 to 3pm or as agreed ( we are flexible)
Flexible Working from Home Arrangement with occasional office attendance ( Flinders Street Melbourne)
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to predominately one Partner. This small law firm specialises in building construction law. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, adeptness in managing calendars and appointments, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Location: Working from home with a requirement to go into the office 1 -2 days per week at the most when meetings are scheduled or if requested by the partner.

Remote Work Arrangements
