We are hiring an Admin Officer to join an Australian-based and owned lead supplier of building supplements.
In this role, you will be responsible for completing all data entry requirements for the department in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with the policies and procedures relative to the task. The role also needs to provide clerical support for the wider business, such as greeting visitors at reception and communicating with Managers.
Other responsibilities include Data Entry, weekly reports, purchasing and other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements for the role are:
Higher School Certificate
Additional formal training in Data Processing preferred.
A minimum of 2 years experience in the inventory data processing field.
Previous work experience within a Quality Systems would be well regarded.
You are a results orientated individual with a commitment to quality and an eye for detail.
Diligence to ensure that any deviation from processes is highlighted, investigated and the process amended. No shortcuts!
Must possess good computer skills, especially in the areas of word processing, spreadsheet &/or database applications.
A can do attitude and a willingness to ensure quality results are delivered all the time.

Salary: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
Monday to Friday
Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
