centralAlliance provides integrated facilities management and hotel services on behalf of the MidCentral and Whanganui district health boards, A 250-strong team provides a variety of facilities management services, such as building, asset and utilities management, grounds maintenance, pest control and fire safety systems. Cleaning, waste management, orderly, mail room, security, fleet and local and regional courier services are also included in the contract.
About the role
There is an exciting full time permanent opportunity for a Management Accountant to work out of our Wellington or Palmerston North offices. You will perform, manage and complete Finance services for the contract. This includes accurate financial and management reporting for the contract. with a particular focus on Forecasting and Budgeting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Month End Consolidation.

About you
Ideally CA/CPA/CIMA qualified, you have a degree in Business or Accounting with 5 years experience in a similar role in a large, subcontracting business. Your communication and interpersonal skills are second to none and you have intermediate to advance Excel skills. You thrive on challenges and thoroughly enjoy putting forward ideas to drive a positive change for improvement. You are technically competent with a thorough understanding of the current accounting standards and its applications.
