ABOUT THE ROLE
The Subcontractor Compliance Coordinator role is critical in ensuring overall subcontractor and worker compliance within Transport Roads NZ. The role is responsible for enabling subcontractor compliance to Ventia prequalification and subcontractor procurement processes, legislative and contractual compliance requirements. To enable visibility to subcontractor compliance performance, this role will develop and maintain a sustainable governance framework for compliance reporting.
Primary Accountabilities
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have a strong admin or coordination background. They will need to have a good understanding of risks as will be working closely with the SHEQ team.
Strong database experience is a must and excellent excel, power BI or similar programs are an advantage.
Your strong communication skills, excellent organization skills, and keen attention to detail are key to your success in this role!
