Works Coordinator – Asset Maintenance

We have an opportunity for a Works Coordinator to join the team in a permanent, full-time position. Reporting to the Centralised Services Team Lead, this role is responsible for the effective coordination, administration, and scheduling of maintenance and operational activities. The role ensures all work orders are accurately processed, scheduled, and maintained within business systems, providing essential administrative support to planners.

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrated experience in work scheduling, coordination, or administrative support roles
• Strong experience using business systems for work order management (asset management systems, maintenance systems, or similar).
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
