About the role
As a Systems Analyst, you’ll support the administration, optimisation and governance of enterprise platforms to ensure reliable service delivery and a great user experience. Additionally, you’ll:
- Administer enterprise SaaS platforms including user access, permissions and system configuration
- Monitor system performance, licence utilisation and platform compliance requirements
- Manage incidents, escalations and root cause investigations to minimise business disruption
- Support platform upgrades, releases and change activities, including testing and risk assessments
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners to support business outcomes
About you
- Experience in systems administration, telephony administration or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Relevant platform certifications such as Genesys, Salesforce or SAP ESM will be highly regarded
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
- Experience supporting business-critical applications and managing competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
