The Role

Step into a dynamic, hands-on role with our stores and warehousing team supporting Ventia’s Defence National Clothing Store Services contract in Enoggera, QLD. If you’re someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a close-knit team and delivering great service, this is your chance to make an impact.

Your role will involve:

• Receiving, checking and processing incoming stock under supervision
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Supporting customers with kit issue requirements
• Inspecting and processing returned items
• Carrying out manual handling tasks safely and efficiently

Key skills & Attributes:

• Experience in customer service, warehousing or retail environments
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport – essential
• Forklift licence – desirable
• Experience with MILIS or DPN systems – highly regarded, but not mandatory
• Strong team mindset with a customer-first approach
• High attention to detail with solid accuracy and time management
• Ability to stay organised, prioritise work and meet deadlines

Must be eligible to hold a Defence baseline security clearance. As a result of this requirement, the applicant must be an Australian Citizen. 

Benefits:

• $26.60 per hour plus Super
• Full-time role offering long-term stability
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm. No Weekends
