The Role
Our Rigs & Wells division is currently seeking a highly self-motivated and experienced SHEQ Advisor to join our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) team. This is a field-based role on Barrow Island, reporting to the SHEQ Manager.
The role requires strong skills in stakeholder engagement and providing quality in-field support to our resources operations – Rigs and Wells – Energy Contract. You will be instrumental in promoting a positive health and safety culture and driving continual improvement initiatives.
This is a casual ongoing position with a 12-hour working day on a 2:2 roster. Accommodation and flights are provided from Perth WA, and a company vehicle is provided while onsite.
The pay rate for this position ranges from $695.00 to $900.00 per day (flat rate, including casual loading), based on experience.
