About the Role:
Join Ventia as an experienced Safety (SHEQ) Advisor supporting our Rig and Well Services – Minerals Olympic Dam contracts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will provide hands-on safety support where it’s needed most, working closely with crews and leaders to maintain high safety standards, influence behaviours, and ensure compliance across diverse and evolving worksites.
We are seeking a confident and adaptable safety professional with a strong background in high-risk industries such as construction, mining, energy, or heavy industry. While oil and gas experience is not essential, the ability to quickly integrate into new environments and build trusted relationships is critical.
This position operates on a 15/13 FIFO roster (12-hour days), with the point of hire being South Australia and offers a competitive day rate of $696.45 per day.
