About the Role

This role goes beyond producing traffic plans.
You’ll work across both maintenance and capital projects, supporting delivery teams and helping ensure works are planned safely and efficiently. 
It’s a mix of technical planning, practical problem-solving, and collaboration — working closely with operations to ensure plans are realistic and effective in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing traffic management plans from concept through to detailed delivery 
• Collaborating with operational teams to ensure plans are practical and buildable
• Analysing traffic data to support safe and efficient outcomes 
• Liaising with stakeholders and maintaining clear communication
• Providing technical guidance to support delivery teams when challenges arise

What We’re Looking For
We’re less interested in box-ticking and more interested in how you show up.

Essential:

• AWTM qualification
• Strong experience in traffic planning, signals, and risk management 
• Strong, effective communication skills
• A collaborative hands-on approach

Desirable:

• AutoCAD experience
• Experience across both maintenance and project environments
