We’re currently seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to be part of a dynamic workforce delivering essential services across WA. Key responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager and Operations team to keep things running smoothly and on schedule
• Use Ventia and client systems to track, report, and manage planned work, making sure everything meets project requirements
• Spot any time-sensitive issues early that could impact delivery and help find solutions
• Work closely with third-party contractors and service providers to keep things moving without delays
• Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing completed works for timely and accurate claims
• Successful monthly close out of projects, including all verification and documents received and targets are met
• Procure and monitor tools, equipment, and PPE to ensure resources are available when needed and properly tracked

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a qualified and professional Operations Administrator who brings a strong track record, relevant expertise, and a collaborative mindset to the team, along with:

• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating work to support project delivery
• Ability to create and manage tickets within internal systems, including allocation of tickets of work
• Experience tracking and reporting on contractor performance
• Confident in liaising with customers, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively
• Experience booking and coordinating traffic management, locators, and civil contractors
• Familiarity with Western Power systems, including Spidaweb, The Volt, EDM, and Ellipse
• Proven ability to complete project close‑outs accurately and on time
• Previous experience ordering, procuring, and tracking PPE, tools, and equipment

The scope of work will include the delivery of maintenance services across Western Power’s transmission, distribution network and the maintenance of large complex assets, whilst servicing customers in city centres, regional and remote communities.
