Ventia is seeking an experienced National Workforce Development Manager to drive capability development across our Energy Networks & Renewables business.

Reporting into the business, you’ll lead the development and delivery of learning and workforce initiatives that support our people, operational requirements, and future workforce needs.
You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training programmes remain compliant, effective, and aligned with industry requirements, while helping to attract, develop, and retain the talent needed for long-term success.
