Maintenance Project Management / Coordinator
Join our Rig and Well Services (RWS) team as a Maintenance Coordinator in a permanent, full-time position based in our East Perth office, with occasional field travel. In this role, you will support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the execution of site operations and projects, while contributing to the growth of our WA industrial services business.
As a key member of the team, you will coordinate maintenance activities, monitor field trade employee performance, and ensure all work is delivered in line with client expectations and contractual requirements across a geographically diverse portfolio.

Role description
- Support Maintenance Manager in maximizing equipment utilization through the minimization of maintenance related downtime events
- Support Maintenance Manager in preservation of company assets
- Support Maintenance Manager in maintenance cost control
- Drive a positive maintenance safety culture
- Maintenance scheduling and work prioritization
- Asset lifecycle assessments to support annual Capital Expenditure (Capex) submissions
- Regional manning management (ensuring contract and project manning levels are met)
- Regional project management support (for new equipment or upgrades)
- Regional CMMS maintenance system support (including development of new work orders in
- Regional trade ordering support
- Regional reporting
- Internal stakeholder engagement
- Internal and External supplier engagement
About You:
- Self-motivated
- Good verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated project coordination / management experience highly desired
- Project management qualifications preferred but not essential
- Experience with Microsoft office 365 applications (outlook, word, excel, PowerBi)
