Are you an experienced Floorhand looking for your next long-term drilling role? Ventia is building our crew for Rig 106, a modern NOV triple rig, and we’re keen to speak with reliable, safety-focused Floorhands ready to step into upcoming drilling operations in Western Australia.
This is a long-term contract with consistent work, even-time rosters, and strong career stability.
The Role
As a Floorhand on Rig 106, you’ll be hands-on across drilling operations, working within a tight-knit crew and maintaining high safety and operational standards on site.

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Floorhand (Australian-based drilling)
- FIFO availability from Toowoomba or Brisbane
- Certificate II Onshore Oil/Gas Drilling
- Open manual driver’s licence (car or higher)
- Strong safety focus and team-first attitude
