Field Manager NBN

We are seeking an experienced Field Manager to oversee field operations across the Sydney Metro South region. This is a field based role where you will lead technicians and contractors, ensuring safe, high quality delivery across the nbn network.

About the Role

As a Field Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of field-based operations across Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs and South West Sydney, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

• Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities across multiple locations
• Monitoring project progress to ensure delivery meets time, cost, safety and quality expectations
• Conducting quality and HSE audits across active worksites
• Coaching and supporting field teams
• Managing customer issues and working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve them
• Reviewing network issues, redlines and contributing to continuous improvement

About You

• Experience in a supervisory role within construction, civil or telecommunications
• Strong knowledge of fibre and/or copper networks highly desired  
• Experience managing subcontractors and field based teams
• Understanding of network build, activation or assurance activities
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
