Data Integrity Administrator NEW

Ventia is seeking a detail-oriented Data Integrity Administrator to join our team supporting the Defence Base Services Contract. Based in Parramatta, this is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement, offering the chance to play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting subcontractor compliance, and driving process improvements while you Find Your Further with Ventia.

About the role

As a Data Integrity Administrator, you’ll support the accuracy and integrity of subcontractor and vendor data while ensuring compliance across key systems and processes. Additionally, you’ll:

• Review onboarding documentation and validate subcontractor compliance requirements.
• Investigate data discrepancies and escalate issues where required.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding claims and system queries.
• Maintain accurate records including licences, certifications and supporting documentation.
• Support claim processing activities and data quality initiatives.

About you

• Australian Citizenship required and willingness to complete background checks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with high volumes of data.
• Previous administration, customer service or operational support experience.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
