About the Role
Ventia is on the hunt for an organised and proactive Contract Administrator to provide essential support to our operations and project teams throughout the full lifecycle of project delivery. This role is hands-on and varied, offering the opportunity to work across fleet coordination, plant administration, training compliance, SHEQ support, and general office duties. If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy multitasking, and have a strong eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
About you
Minimum 4 years’ experience in an administrative support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder communication
