Commercial / Estimation Analyst

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy, turning complex information into insights that support real business outcomes. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business and play a key role in shaping how data is structured, analysed, and used to drive smarter decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Consolidate and map large, complex data sets across systems
• Support the development of a centralised data library for future platforms
• Perform statistical analysis to assess productivity and operational performance
• Engage with subject matter experts to translate operational workflows into data models
• Facilitate workshops to gather insights and identify improvement opportunities
• Contribute to the development of analytical tools and reporting capabilities

About you:

You are a detail-oriented and technically capable analyst who enjoys solving complex problems and working with large data sets.

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience working with large and complex data sets in a construction, engineering or similar environment
• Exposure to estimation data, systems or construction-related software (e.g. CATS, ENATE or similar)
• Strong analytical and statistical capability
• Ability to translate operational processes into data-driven insights
• Experience with tools such as Python, SQL or similar is highly regarded
