Works Management Centre Lead

Ventia have been engaged by Energy Queensland to provide best practice Facility Management Services on a diverse portfolio and we are looking for a Works Management Centre Lead to be responsible for managing the Works Management Centre’s processes, ensuring that planned and reactive maintenance works are efficiently responded to, allocated and executed on time.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Tracking and management of planned maintenance activities, ensuring services are delivered on time
• Responding to Works Management System requests in Urbanise or via phone to log and process reactive maintenance requests
• Allocate reactive requests in accordance with KPIs to relevant subcontractors to ensure best possible optimisation of resources and expertise
• Escalate to agreed processes for requests that may not meet KPI deadlines
• Provide reports and other requested information to facilitate contract compliance and service delivery performance to contract team and EQL

About you:

• Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Experience in managing call centre/service centre functions, preferably in large and complex organisations with 24/7 cover
• Ability to interpret and communicate the complexities of performance data such as trend analysis, analytical processes, including measurement and governance
• High level critical thinking skills and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and accurately
