What’s the story?
We are looking for a full-time Territory Manager to join Medibank retail leadership team in Sydney on a permanent basis. In this role, you will deliver better health to our customers and to Australia through our provision of health services, our health system advocacy, and our work in the community. We have been developing new ways of working to adapt to the effects of COVID-19; our commitment is to ensure the safety and security of employees within our retail stores.
As a member of a strong and supportive leadership team that puts our customers first, your role involves managing the day to day operations and sales development for our Bankstown and Miranda stores. By showing heart and empathy, you will contribute towards Medibank’s growth and deliver our purpose “Better Health for Better Lives”.
As the Territory Manager you will be responsible for influencing market share growth through developing strong relationships with employees, Medibank customers, health service providers and corporate partners to contribute to the continues improvement of Medibank’s service scores, employee engagement and quality assurance. With an engaged workforce and culture of are customer centricity at the core, you will provide practical guidance and support to their teams daily building an environment for success.
