We’re looking for an enthusiastic Technical Platform Manager to lead our cross-tasman, Partner Digital Experience team within the Technology division here at IAG! This role will encompass leading a large team of 15-20 people across Australia and New Zealand in operating and enhancing three technical platforms across IAG for some of its premium brands. In your role as a Technical Platform you will provide exceptional leadership to agile platform delivery and operations squads, whilst ensuring the stable operation of the platforms are maintained as you transform them in line with our strategic priorities. We’re looking for people with strong technical aptitude, superior leadership skills and commercial experience in contract negotiations. If you’ve come up through a development or technical career path, have 2-3+ years of experience running a successful technical platform team and are looking for a new challenge, this will be a great role for you!
