The Tech Bar Customer Support Agent’s role is to provide a smooth, efficient and customer-focused IT support service across Medibank. The agent will be responsible for the operation of the FIT Desk service providing customer facing level 1 and 2 IT support services to Medibank’s workforce.
With your previous experience in a customer service environment you will understand the importance of ensuring you meet and exceed expectations in performance and will ensure processes are followed to provide superior service to our business.
Your will have experience in working with a broad range of stakeholders from both technical and business backgrounds along with your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to motivate, educate and drive people to achieve desired outcomes.
There may be a requirement for this role to travel to local and interstate sites.
