We’re proudly partnering to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee talent attraction, candidate pooling and recruitment activity for the business within Australia.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our client’s people managers to advise on and deliver resourcing strategies that attract the right talent for the opportunities within their teams. You’ll be creative and passionate, and as a talent acquisition expert you will know how to source and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across a wide range of roles, and at all levels.
You will lead and drive key recruitment projects and will work as part of a small and close-knit HR team to present our client’s values and culture both internally and externally.
Our ideal candidate:
You will be an experienced HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition professional with a minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
