We are a boutique financial planning practice established in 1989 and we provide holistic advice and financial solutions to a diverse range of clients.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has strong communication skills, is well presented, and enjoys working with a small and co-operative team.
The position is well suited to someone looking to return to the workforce and still have flexibility for family time. Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential. Good computer skills are essential however we will provide training on the specific systems that we utilise. The successful applicant will have the ability handle multi-tasking, organise end-to-end processing, and workflow management.
The position we have on offer entails:
Providing assistance to the Financial Planner in managing service, but not advice related issues, for client portfolios
Being actively involved in compliance
Providing proactive service that exceeds our clients expectations and providing them with accurate information in person, via phone, and email
Preparing required reports for the Financial Planner
Liaising with the Financial Planner in relation to pre and post client interviews
Maintaining accurate client records and file notes within our CRM systems
Preparing and submitting accurate application and transaction paperwork
Preparing client and providers’documents and quotes. Liaising with service providers
Preparing client reports, providing and recording Financial Disclosure Statements and OptIn documentation
Approximately 25 hours per week and these hours can be varied to accommodate the right candidate
Salary is commensurate with skills and experience.
