Project Coordinator

We work with clients to implement behavioural, cognitive and motivational assessment, one-to-one and group coaching as well as purpose-built programs to expand organisational capability.

Our mission is to prove to people and organisations what their best can look like by applying coaching practises grounded in psychology and business principles. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator who will play a key role all programs of work. The role will successfully own the administration and management of our coaching program coordination and psychometric testing desk.

We are seeking someone who has strong attention to detail, can work to deadlines, is customer focused and enjoys working with a dynamic team.  The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of projects, and while this role is based from home, we see every member of our team as having a valued voice and perspective, so everyone contributes to our success and our strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Administrating individual assessments and also assessments for large high-volume projects;
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
  Coordinating and managing the psychometric assessment process from set ups, reporting and scoring;
• Providing project support the to the wider omio team;
• Coaching program coordination including scheduling participants for individual and group sessions;
• Diary and calendar management;
• General administrative and data entry duties.
