Reporting to the Senior Executive for Accelerated Business Performance, you will be responsible for leading an enterprise hub for process management & insight in service of accelerated business performance. You will support the optimisation and transformation of end to end process by building Medibank’s core organisational capability for end to end process management. You will also use your experience to define and implement a strategy to advance transparency, ownership, insight & control of the end to end processes & value streams.
Where you can add value
You will have 10 plus years’ experience in process management and relevant disciplines, along with advanced expertise in implementation and application of process mining, modelling and analytics techniques and tools at enterprise level. You will have strong data analysis capabilities, and experience working with BI and visualisation tools along with extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence and similar methodologies. You will also possess experience and strong leadership traits in the following areas;
