The Go To Market Lead (GTM) – Health is the key Marketing interface into the Medibank’s Health Teams consisted of Member Health team and various areas within Healthcare & Strategy business unit. This strategic role will work with multiple internal stakeholders and Marketing SMEs to create a holistic marketing strategy and GTM plan to deliver key business opportunities. Success in this role will be realised through the development and cross functional execution of a strong go to market plan to deliver the corporate plan targets.
The GTM lead is required to have an intimate understanding of customer segment needs and how marketing works at Medibank. The role is underpinned by deep customer insights backed by extensive primary and secondary research, industry insights, product knowledge and data. This will enable the GTM Lead to influence stakeholders to shape market leading Customer Value Proposition for customers to achieve brand, retention and acquisition targets.
Where you can add value
You are passionate about member health and have a strong track record of taking new initiatives (health related preferably) to market. You are not only good at what you do but can add significant strength to Retention Marketing and Marketing Automation leadership team in the area of strategic thought leadership, and system thinking – connect the dots operationally and conceptually. Growth mindset to deliver outcome and stakeholder management is a given. Your ability to drive tangible culture changes and enhance ways of working both inside and outside Retention Marketing and Marketing Automation (ReMaMA) team will be a plus.
