The Role

Ventia is currently seeking Food and Beverage Attendant’s to perform hospitality & kitchen duties in the Mess and Bar areas. This is a casual position based at the Fleet Base West, Rockingham WA working a few shifts a week.

Key responsibilities include:

• Run an efficient front-of-house service
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Contribute to Broadspectrum’s Food Safety Program
• Assist with basic food preparation, when required
• Operate bar services in line with Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol Standards
• Support with cleaning the premises and equipment

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
• Basic Knife Skills
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Food Handlers Certificate Level 1 (or sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards)
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team
