About the role

Ventia Corporate Property is looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team in New South Wales. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of both hard and soft services at approximately 40 sites across NSW, QLD, and other locations if needed. Traveling will be required for this role.

• Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services
• Manage services supporting critical environments and specialist service providers including but not limited to essential fire safety systems, mechanical services, UPS, Emergency Power Generator systems.
• Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our employees and Stakeholders.

• Raise Work orders to theHUB
• Address any OH&S issues and raise any incidents into VenSafe
• Ensure workplace tech and amenities are operational
• Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule
• Provide on-call emergency support as required
• Ensure timely response to facilities issues, especially those that may impact site activities.
• Conduct site inspections, maintaining a safe working environment

About you

• Experience: 2 – 4+ years in Facilities, Building Management, activities.
• Customer Focus: A positive, customer-centric approach with exceptional customer service skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various internal stakeholders.
• Tech Proficiency: Proficient in multiple IT solutions, including Outlook
• Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously while prioritizing tasks within tight deadlines.
