The role
As the Executive Manager Partnering and Commercial, your role will lead the partnering practice for IAG including strategic relationships and operational activities including both IT Outsource partners and Business Process Outsourcing partners. More specifically, you’ll sit within the Partnering Risk and Resilience Team, which in turn acts as the control tower that optimises the Technology & Operations Division’s commercial outcomes. The team supports the deployment of leading technology which establishes IAG as an industry leader in risk management, internal identity management, procurement process optimisation and value driven partnering. This is a newly created role and an opportunity for you to bring your extensive BPO, ITO and offshoring, supplier/partner governance and relationship management, contract management skills and join us in embedding and improving partnering governance, service transition, partner relationship and account management for IAG to enhance customer experiences, business optimisation, delivery and operational agility.
