We have two exciting new opportunities for positions as an Enterprise Operations Centre Duty Manager. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong creative problem solving, attention to detail and customer service.
Working on one of our large Government client accounts, this role will coordinate Service Leads from across the Multi-Vendor Environment to ensure all system and infrastructure management of the services are monitored and reported on effectively.

About You and What You’ll Bring
The mission of the Enterprise Operations Centre (EOC) is to provide an effective enterprise-wide ability to proactively monitor, respond and report on system and infrastructure health to key business, executive and operational stakeholders in real-time. It is led by the program’s Duty Manager and actively contributed to by all Service Providers within the environment.
