As the Director of Investment Leverage & Portfolio Management, Firemark Ventures you will work as a key team player and member of our Ventures team. More specifically, you’ll sit within the Strategy, Innovation and Underwriting office, specifically within ventures and identify, incubate, and invest across a portfolio of opportunities and businesses to accelerate new value creation within, and beyond, our core insurance offers. Within this context, IAG has a dedicated corporate venture capital fund – IAG Fireamrk Ventures – who is focused on identifying and partnering with start-ups that deliver both strategic and financial value through to IAG, through minority investments and commercial arrangements. This is a unique opportunity for you to bring your extensive innovation, start up and VC industry experience – across investment; execution; strategy development and business growth and deliver post investment leverage, portfolio management, investment negotiation & due diligence.
