The Retail Team
Medibank’s Retail Network includes over 80 stores across the country to serve our 3.7 million members. Our Retail employees create a supportive environment for our members and the community. Medibank’s members visit our stores to have quality conversations about our products and services which include health, travel, pet and life insurance.

We have a part-time and permanent Customer Sales Consultant role available in our Hornsby store where you will work 25 hours per week across Monday to Saturday and interact in a face-to-face, phone and online customer environment.
As a Customer Sales Consultant you will be responsible for building strong relationships to create quality customer experiences, so every member has the peace of mind that their cover aligns with their health, lifestyle, and well-being goals.
By delivering exceptional service, having strong product knowledge and a positive attitude you can drive your own and the stores sales growth which will give you the opportunity to make commission on top of your salary.

You are a highly motivated and engaged sales professional who thrives in a ‘sales through service’ culture. You take pride in delivering outstanding service and delivery, in a fast-paced retail environment, by remaining positive, resilient and accountable.
You put the customer first and are creative when approaching resolutions to customers’ needs. You understand the importance of staying at the forefront of technology, and you enjoy applying this knowledge to meet your customers’ needs through channels such as social media.
You need at least 1 years’ experience in a sales role where you’ve achieved or exceeded your sales targets and a passion for health. Bilingual ability is advantageous and the flexibility to work across Monday to Saturday is essential.
