About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arrived for an experienced Organisation Development (OD) Consultant with a passion for positive change and innovation to join our existing team, and work with us to deliver priority culture and capability initiatives during a time of exciting transformation for the business.
Flexible work arrangements (i.e work hours, days and location) are available by mutual agreement.
With key levers in the People, Culture & Transformation strategy centred on leadership, engagement, performance and organisation effectiveness, this positon will play an integral role in our delivery of these OD initiatives. The OD Consultant works closely with other members of the OD and PC&T team, and partners with business leaders, to develop solutions and achieve outcomes which support our strategy and transformation.
The team of OD consultants support the Manager Organisation Development in a diverse range of initiatives including talent and succession management, leadership development, employee value proposition, employee engagement, workforce planning, change management, and organisational design.
This position requires a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, empathy and cultural awareness, organising and planning skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across PC&T and BHI to become a trusted and informed advisor.
The incumbent will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following accountabilities:

Your skills and experience:
You will need to provide or be willing to obtain a current National Police Records Check, a Working with Children Check, evidence of your entitlement to work in Australia, and certified copies of your qualifications.
