About the Role

• Exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our M&A Team.
• 6^th January start – flexibility on this.
• Flexible working – Fulltime hours, Monday to Friday.
• Supporting the Executive General Manager.
• Opportunities to involve yourself in projects/initiatives.
• Permanent role with progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Diary management and meeting/event coordination and logistics.
• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements.
• Maintaining relevant files and documentation where required.
• Manage the preparation, collation and distribution of reports and presentations.
• Process all expenses and invoices in a timely manner.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage delegated authority/approvals at Executive Manager/s discretion.
• Site specific facilities management where required.

Skills & Experience

• The ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Looking for someone who has a passion for diversity.
• Go getter attitude and ability to connect with colleagues and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to work and willingness to learn.
• Experience working towards targets, including sales KPIs.
• The ability to multi task and confidently manage multiple things at once.
• Investment banking experience desired but not essential.
• 2-3 years’ experience in an administration/personal assistant role.
